Innovation Maze Workshop - EIT Health Career Path Event

At the EIT Health Career Path: From Students to Innovators 2024 event in Budapest, I designed and facilitated the Innovation Maze — a dynamic workshop where young graduates and i-Days winners tackled real-world healthcare challenges through the eyes of different stakeholders.

Participants stepped into the roles of patients, healthcare providers, investors, and policymakers to explore problems like rural healthcare access and mental health support. Instead of solving challenges from their own perspectives, they had to navigate trade-offs, conflicting needs, and constraints unique to each stakeholder. The workshop emphasised empathy, communication, and ecosystem thinking, showing that true innovation is about aligning diverse perspectives, not just finding a single brilliant idea.
