UI/UX Development Workshop for BestFitt.app

BestFit, an early-stage fitness technology startup, was struggling with app usability and customer retention. I facilitated a UI/UX-focused innovation workshop that brought together users, trainers, designers, and engineers to reimagine the app experience based on real user feedback.

Using collaborative prototyping exercises and empathy-mapping techniques, participants redesigned core user flows and proposed new features that better addressed user pain points. Following the workshop, BestFit incorporated many of these ideas into their platform, leading to improved user engagement and satisfaction.
