How do we have meaningful dialogues online? - Puzzle Innovation

As part of the Puzzle Innovation team, I facilitated a series of dialogue workshops designed to help organisations reconnect during the challenges of remote work. The focus was on strengthening team communication, uncovering systemic barriers, and building collective resilience across departments and teams.

Using systems thinking principles, open dialogue frameworks, and group reflection exercises, participants surfaced hidden collaboration challenges and explored new ways to work more effectively together. These sessions provided safe spaces for honest conversations and supported deeper understanding across diverse groups.
