Exploring Individual and Collective Culture – Puzzle Innovation

As part of Puzzle Innovation, I facilitated a workshop focused on how individual values, experiences, and behaviours influence collective team culture. Participants reflected on personal identities, shared cultural experiences, and explored how diversity shapes group dynamics within organisations and communities.

Using structured dialogue, storytelling, and group mapping exercises, the session created a safe space for deep reflection and honest conversations. Participants surfaced new insights about cultural assumptions and collective values, helping strengthen mutual understanding and build more inclusive, resilient teams.
