The Startup Mindset - gamified approach to entrepreneurship

As part of the EIT Health innovation events, I delivered a Startup Mindset Workshop for students and early-stage entrepreneurs aiming to boost their entrepreneurial thinking. The session introduced participants to the key stages of the entrepreneurial journey, from ideation to validation, using gamified activities and real-world business challenges.

Participants were encouraged to showcase their project ideas in any format they preferred. Some used standard presentation formats, while many chose more creative approaches like role-plays, interactive demonstrations, and storytelling. This flexibility allowed participants to adapt quickly, think on their feet, and engage the audience in fun and unexpected ways. The entire session was structured as a playful innovation game, making the learning process dynamic and memorable. Many participants reported feeling more confident in applying entrepreneurial thinking to future projects and startups.
