From Mapping to Action: Improving Stakeholder Engagement

I designed and facilitated a three-hour co-creation workshop with the Finance Team at EIT Manufacturing, focused on strengthening collaboration and improving stakeholder engagement. The goal was to take a step back and map how the team interacts with internal and external stakeholders, identify bottlenecks in current processes, and create a shared vision for better workflows.

Using system mapping, co-creation exercises, and rapid ideation techniques, the team worked together to uncover key collaboration challenges, prioritise critical issues, and brainstorm practical solutions. The session concluded with the development of a concrete roadmap outlining actions to build stronger relationships, improve trust, and streamline interactions across their stakeholder network. The workshop left the team with a clear understanding of their ecosystem and practical next steps to drive better alignment and efficiency.
