Vattenfall Green Team Kick-Off Workshop

I supported the delivery of Vattenfall’s Green Team Kick-Off workshop through Puzzle Innovation. The session brought together internal sustainability champions to explore team culture, leadership dynamics, and future vision. Despite the remote setting, the aim was to create a strong shared foundation for collaboration and innovation.

We designed a highly interactive online experience using storytelling activities, system mapping exercises, and breakout dialogues. Participants reflected on their personal leadership journeys and co-created a collective vision for the Green Team’s work ahead. The workshop helped strengthen trust, clarify shared goals, and energise the team for future initiatives.
